Intertherm 228HS

Intertherm 228HS has been specifically designed to provide a corrosion resistant barrier when used to protect steelwork beneath thermal insulation in areas subjected to wet and dry cycling.
Suitable for exposure in a wide range of highly corrosive environments, including insulated and uninsulated carbon and stainless steel for use on the exterior of pipework, process vessels etc., operating at temperatures up to 446ºF (230°C). Intertherm 228HS has excellent resistance to "thermal shock" experienced during rapid temperature cycling.

Interbond 1202UPC - Universal Pipe Coating

Two component, ambient cure, titanium modified inorganic copolymer.
Suitable for protecting above ground piping and accessories in new construction process plant operating at temperatures between -321ºF (-196°C) to +1202ºF (+650°C). Single specification for the corrosion protection of large amounts of process piping and accessories (e.g. valves, instrumentation and other associated OEM). Interbond 1202UPC reduces paint complexity and overall painting costs of new construction projects. Designed as a two coat or single coat application to carbon or stainless steel for long term corrosion protection.

Intertherm 751CSA - Cold Spray Aluminum

A two component, high build, high temperature resistant 'cold spray' applied coating, based on titanium modified inorganic copolymer technology and pigmented with metallic aluminium flake. Intertherm 751CSA is a novel high performance coating that is applied using standard application equipment and cures effectively at ambient temperatures. Capable of providing corrosion protection to steel in both atmospheric service and under thermal insulation operating in thermal cyclical conditions between -196°C (-321°F) and 400ºC (752ºF) without the need for additional heat curing, prior to being placed in service.
